Many patients do not realize their sleep is not as restorative as it could be.
Take a moment and see how many of these apply to you:
— You wake up feeling tired, even after a full night in bed
— You have trouble falling asleep
— You wake during the night
— Your mind feels active at bedtime
— You rely on caffeine to get through the day
— Your sleep feels light or non-restorative
— Your energy drops during the day
— You wake too early and have trouble falling back asleep
— You use screens right before bed
— Your stress levels feel high
If 3 or more of these sound familiar, your sleep may not be as restorative as it should be.
